Construction
- Single-block box made of Z275 galvanized steel sheet, completely removable.
- Removable side panels on both sides for easy access.
- KDTA double-inlet turbine with dynamically balanced galvanized steel action.
- KDTR double inlet reaction turbine in painted galvanized steel, dynamically balanced.
- Motor turbine mounted on a thick folded longitudinal frame.
- Connection by smooth rectangular suction and discharge flanges.
- In-line suction and discharge (horizontal) or top discharge (vertical).
- Two transverse omegas ensure the rigidity of the assembly and allow the passage of slings for lifting.
Transmission
- Transmission-motor assembly mounted inside the box.
- Driven by trapezoidal belts and pulleys with 1 to 5 grooves.
- Optional fixed or variable pulleys for the drive pulley.
- Standard engine access on the left, airflow direction, right on request.
RRKZ - Manual flow adjustment shutter.
- F400 approved. Positioned at discharge.
- Allows you to reduce the flow rate (between 5 and 30%) depending on the type of fan and adjust the operating point.
VSKZ - Overpressure flap. Take into account 50Pa pressure loss.
- F400 approved. To be mounted on discharge.
- Ensures good air and water tightness when the box is stopped.
Motorization
- Out of air flow motor mounted on slide plate for belt tension adjustment.
- No thermal protection. PTO optional.

- 1 speed three-phase 400/690V, 50Hz P> 7.5 kW, 2, 4, 6 or 8 poles IE3.
- 2 speed three-phase 400V, 50Hz, 2/4, 4/8 and 6/12 Dalhander poles, 4/6 and 6/8 independent windings.
