- 3 monobloc sizes 48/88/120 and 2 bi-block sizes 160 and 200.
- 8 models according to the types of integrated batteries:
- 3 operating modes: variable flow (VAV), constant flow (CAV), constant pressure (COP).
- Exterior with roof mounted:
- EXD : easement on the right,
- EXG : easement on the left.
- Interior without roof:
- D : easement on the right,
- G : easement on the left.
- Regulation by integrated CORRIGO PLC specific to VIM .
- Communicating Modbus RTU on RS485 or Modbus TCP / IP port, BACnet IP or MSTP, integrated webserver application on TCP / IP port.
- ETD remote touch control.
Construction:
- Self-supporting structure in 50 mm double skin panels.
- Insulation by mineral rock wool th. 50 mm, density 40 kg / m3,
- Thermal conductivity 0.037 W / (mk) (20/80 ° C).
- Fire classification A1 according to standard EN 13 501.1.
- Galvanized sheet steel backward freewheel fan with integrated ECM motor.
- Switch mounted / wired.
- Easements to the right or left in the direction of the air.
- Bi-block structure in sizes 160 and 200 with a second box for the air treatment coils (water or electric). The power supplies for each box are separate.
- Unit delivered on feet, cross members or frame.
- Line construction, connection by rectangular tappings.
- Exterior finishes in grained galvanized steel, dark gray color RAL7024: corrosion resistance RC3, resistance to ultraviolet RUV3 according to EN 10169.
- Z275 galvanized steel interior finishes.
- Roofs mounted in EXD or EXG version.
- Sizes 48 and 88: Motorized dampers available as accessories.
- Suction assembly for antifreeze protection of water coils.
- Blowing assembly to comply with article CH 38 of the ERP (Establishments Receiving from the Public).
- Sizes 120 to 200: supplied with motorized damper as standard inside the air handling unit (optional on model 120 EI electric heater)
- Double function: antifreeze protection for water coils and response to article CH 38 of public buildings.
Filtration:
- Filters supplied as standard: M5 mini-fold filters (ePM10 75%).
- Additional filters available as an option:
- Sizes 48, 88 and 120:
- F7 HPE (High Energy Performance) miniplis (ePM1 55%).
- F9 HPE miniplis (ePM1 80%).
- Sizes 160 and 200:
- F7 with soft bags (ePM1 60%).
- F7 with rigid pockets (ePM1 55%).
- F9 with soft bags (ePM1 85%).
- F9 with rigid pockets (ePM1 80%).
- Rigid bag filters generate less pressure drop and have greater particle retention.
Regulation:
- CORRIGO mounted / wired control, integrated into the unit in a dedicated compartment, with remote touch control, allowing 3 operating modes:
FLOW SETTINGS RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS VAV MODE - VARIABLE FLOW RATE Variable fan speed - Flow rate depending on a 0-10 V signal from the extraction, from the remote control, from an external sensor (CO2, temperature, hygrometry...) or from a remote control (On/Off + variation). - Compensation linked to a kitchen extraction.
- Single zone installations, requiring an adaptation of the ventilation according to the occupation.CAV MODE - CONSTANT FLOW Fan speed defined according to a precise flow rate - Manual input (m3/h) of 2 flow rate setpoints type 0-PV-GV. Manual operation or on a time schedule.
- Visualization of the values on the display, manual switching, by clock or external contact.- Installations requiring the control of one or more precise flow rates. COP MODE - CONSTANT PRESSURE Automatic variation of the fan speed to maintain a constant pressure - Constant pressure value measured by an external sensor (option) located in the supply duct network. - Multi-zone installations, associated with a modulation of the terminal flows.
KSDR delivered in CAV mode, without accessories.
Motorization:
- Freewheel type jet fan combined with an ECM electronically commutated motor.
- Three-phase motor with thermal protection managed by electronics, control by 0-10V or ModBus:
- KSDR 48: Tri 400 V, 50 / 60Hz, IP54, class B.
- KSDR 88/120/160/200: Tri 400 V, 50 / 60Hz, IP54, class F.
EI electric batteries:
- 304L stainless steel resistors.
- Safety thermostats: one thermostat with automatic reset, one thermostat with manual reset.
- Pulse train control.
- Load shedding control possible according to the characteristics of the battery.
Hot water coils / reversible EC / ECF / ER / ECC:
- Coil 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 rows according to models, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes. Exit at the top of the collectors for full access (sizes 120 to 200).
- Connection to the right or left in the direction of air circulation.
- Frost protection by contact probe,
- Battery (s) mounted on slide accessible by side hatch.
- Stainless steel condensate pan and droplet separator if reversible alone.
- Motorized 3-way valve (24V) proportional by signal (0-10V), optional, not fitted.
ECC (hot coil + hot coil)
- The coil can be used as a heat exchanger (brine coil), the hot coil provides the complement.
EF / ECF cold water coils:
- 3 or 4 row coil depending on the model, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes. Exit at the top of the collectors for full access (sizes 160 and 200).
- Connection to the right or left in the direction of air circulation.
- Battery (s) mounted on slide accessible by side hatch.
- Stainless steel condensate pan and droplet separator.
- Motorized 3-way valve (24V) proportional by signal (0-10V), optional, not fitted.
EX direct expansion coil (sizes 48 to 120) and EIX electric and direct expansion coil (sizes 48 and 88):
- Reversible coil 1 or 2 circuits on 2 or 3 rows for operation in condenser or evaporator; copper tubes and collectors, aluminum fins, galvanized steel frame. Stainless steel condensate collection tray and droplet separator.
- The direct expansion unit controls the direct expansion coil, with its own probes. The group's defrost mode is taken into account by an input from the Corrigo and reduces ventilation. A DX Kit is necessary to ensure the interface between the DX group and the air handling unit - Kit not supplied. The CTA provides a run command and a proportional hot / cold signal (0-10v).
- EIX version: direct expansion coil preheating with independent electric coil independent of Corrigo - 18 or 36kW for size 48 and 30 or 60kW for size 88. Adjustable set point.
- Regulation in COP mode not available with a direct expansion coil.
